N2  - Das Rheinland-Pfälzische Mittelbewirtschaftungssystem IRM@ genügt den Anforderungen eines modernen Management-Informationssystems nicht mehr. Die Bachelorarbeit stellt deshalb das Konzept "KoRe Light" für ein Reporting Systems zur Kostenrechnung vor, welches auf den Daten des Systems IRM@ basiert. Für die Öffentliche Haushaltsführung soll dieses System als Basis für die Entscheidungsfindung dienen. Methodisch wird die Systemanalyse verwendet, die auf der Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung basiert. 
Die Implementierung stellt jedoch keinen Teil der Arbeit mehr dar. Der Fokus der Konzeption liegt dabei in einer erweiterten Suchfunktion, welche umfangreichere und einfacher zu lesende Reports ermöglicht. Das Ergebnis besteht dabei aus den Komponenten Anwendungsfalldiagramm, Anforderungsdefinition, Datenmodell, Prozessmodell und Mock-Ups für "KoRe Light". Abschließend werden Handlungsempfehlungen für die Implementierung des Konzeptes gegeben und ein kurzes Fazit gezogen.
N2  - The Budget Management System IRM@ doesn"t comply anymore with the needs of Rhineland-Palatinate for a modern management information system. Therefore this bachelor thesis introduces the concept "KoRe Light" as a reporting system for cost accounting, which is based on the data of the system IRM@. For the public budget management, this system should be used as a base for decision making. System analysis is the type of systems engineering used, which consists of analysis, conceptual design and implementation.
 Implementation is no part of this thesis anymore. Focus of the conceptual design is in the enhanced search function, which allows more comprehensive and easier to read reports. The result contains the components use case diagram, requirements definition, data model, process model and mock-ups for "KoRe Light". In conclusion recommendations for the implementation and a short résumé are given.
