N2  - Die Messung des Nutzens von kollaborativen Technologien ist aufgrund der soziologischen Einflüsse auf diese Systeme eine Herausforderung. In dieser Arbeit wird die Einführung eines kollaborativen Systems in eine bestehende IT-Systemlandschaft untersucht, sodass ein Mehrwert für das Unternehmen identifiziert werden kann. Die Auswertung mit Rahmenwerken hat ergeben, dass sich der Nutzen durch eine bessere Verwaltung und Organisation von betrieblichen Ressourcen und eine Optimierung des zugrundeliegenden Prozesses bemerkbar macht.
N2  - The measurement of the benefits of collaborative technologies is a challenge caused by sociological influences on these systems. In this work, the introduction of a collaborative system into an existing IT environment is examined, so that a value can be identified for the company. The analysis of frameworks has shown that the benefits can be reaped through better management and organization of in-company resources and optimization of the underlying process.
